Delivery & Returns
Dispatch
We currently only deliver to the Netherlands and Belgium via our website. Do you not live in one of these two countries? Then you can always send an email to: contact@maevastudio.com. We would be happy to discuss with you what we can do for you.
If you place an order before 4:00 PM on workdays, your order will be shipped the same day.
The Netherlands:
The package is usually delivered within 1 to 2 working days.
Cost:
Free shipping from 75.00 euros.
Letterbox package
Belgium:
The package is usually delivered within 1 to 4 working days.
Free shipping from 75.00 euros.

Returns
Thanks for your order! Still not completely satisfied?
Then you may return the product within 14 days of receipt. The costs of return shipping are at your own expense and depend on the shipping method you choose.
Normal products: these products may be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order. As soon as your return has been approved, the purchase amount (excl. shipping costs) will be refunded to the account number known to us within 7 working days of receipt.
It is important that the product is returned in perfect condition, in the original packaging and has not been used.
Special items: these products are personalized and therefore cannot be returned. This concerns the following products:
- Permanent jewelry
- Engraved jewelry
- Jewelry that is tailor-made especially for you, the custom-made products.

If you want to return a product, you can do this as follows:
- Register your return by sending an email to contact@maevastudio.com . Please state your name, order number, the product and why you want to return the product.
- If your return request has been confirmed, you will receive an email from us containing the return address, a returns form and any further instructions.
- It is important that we receive your return within 14 days (after receipt).
- Place the completed returns form in the packaging or box.
- As soon as your return has been approved, the purchase amount (excl. shipping costs) will be refunded to the account number known to us within 7 working days of receipt.
- The product must not be damaged or worn and must be returned in the original packaging. When you return your order, any product you received for free must also be returned. If this does not happen, we will charge the sales value of this product.
- The costs of a return shipment are for your own account and depend on the shipping method you choose. Make sure you keep the proof of postage. Unfortunately, we cannot investigate missing returns without proof of shipment and they will therefore not be refunded.
Maeva Studio has the right to reject returned products if the conditions are not met.
How annoying to read that the product is damaged/defective. After receiving the product, immediately send an email to contact@maevastudio.com including a photo of the damage to the product. We will of course resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
Product warranty
Certainly. As soon as your order is delivered, we ask you to check all products within 14 days. Is something wrong? Send an email to contact@maevastudio.com with an explanation of the problem and photos of the product in question. We will be happy to offer you a solution.
After the fourteen-day trial period, Maeva Studio provides a 30-day warranty on the quality of the product and a one-year warranty for 14k gold products. The warranty on metal or stainless steel jewelry only covers manufacturing defects.
If there is a problem with the product within this period, please send an email to contact@maevastudio.com.
If we find that it is covered by the warranty, we will of course provide a suitable solution. However, it is up to us to decide which of the following options we offer.
- If the product can be repaired, we will repair it
- If repair of the product is not possible, we will provide you with a replacement product.
- If it is not possible to repair the product and we no longer have it in stock, we will offer an alternative product.
- Do you not agree with the alternative product? We will then offer you a refund.
The warranty expires when:
- The product has a defect caused by improper use
- If you or others have made changes to the product
- If you have used it in a way for which the article is not intended
- Damage due to water and/or fire
- Damage due to traces of use, such as scratches or discoloration
- Discoloration due to high acidity of the skin
- Discoloration due to the use of water, perfume, soap, lotion or hair spray
- Discoloration due to cleaning with chemicals
- Loss of back of earrings
- We cannot refund lost jewelry items, we require the defective item to offer compensation or repair
