A gold, gold-filled or sterling silver piece of jewelry to wear always. The jewelry is custom made and painlessly welded closed with a special ring instead of secured with a clasp.

The jewelry is placed painlessly, easily and quickly during your appointment.

To get started, first choose your favorite necklace from our collection. Do you want to personalize your jewelry? We have special charms in our collection to make your jewelry even more personal.

Once you have made a choice, we will make the jewelry fit by measuring the correct length. You can choose a bracelet , necklace or anklet .

Once we have found the right length we cut the chain.

We place the chain around your wrist, neck or ankle and weld it closed with a special ring.

To weld the jewelry we use a welding machine specifically for (permanent) jewelry.

Once we have welded your jewelry, we will do a final check to ensure that the jewelry is firmly attached.

Et voilà, your jewelry is completely finished!

Fairs, markets, fairs and shop-in-shops
We regularly attend fairs, markets and fairs. You can also regularly find us as a shop-in-shop at various locations. Keep an eye on our events page or follow us on Instagram.

On location or at your own event
You can also choose to organize a private event yourself to celebrate a birthday, bachelor party, baby shower or wedding, for example! Please contact us well in advance as dates fill up quickly and we only offer a limited number of options each month. It is best to contact us for this. We will be happy to send you some more information without obligation.

If you change your mind, you can easily remove the jewelry yourself. All you need for this is scissors or wire cutters.
Cut open the jewelry where it was welded. If you do this in a different place, we will unfortunately not be able to weld the piece of jewelry again for you in the future.

If you prefer to wear your jewelry with a clasp, you can return your new jewelry to us at your own expense. We will then modify your jewelry for a small fee and put a lock on it. Please contact us first for this.

Unfortunately, permanent does not mean indestructible.

Although most people can wear their jewelry for a long time, a number of months or even years, this varies per person and material.

We at Maeva Studio are very proud of our jewelry. Quality is very important to us, which is why our materials are carefully selected and tested.

Permanent jewelry can last a long time (several months or perhaps even years) if you handle it with care. Unfortunately, in this case, permanent does not mean indestructible and how long your jewelry lasts depends on various factors.

Because we naturally want you to enjoy your new piece of jewelry for as long as possible, we offer a number of guarantees.

GENERAL WARRANTY ON YOUR JEWELERY

Our jewelry is of high quality but delicate. It is therefore important that you handle your jewelry with care.

- We do not offer a warranty on the jewelry if it is broken, unless this happens within 15 days of purchase.

After these 15 days we only offer a warranty if the weld seam is broken. The first time we will re-weld the piece of jewelry free of charge. After this we charge 10 euros.

If your piece of jewelry is broken after the 15 days (i.e. not on the weld seam), we would like to work with you as a service to see whether it is possible to place an extra ring between the two broken ends. However, we will not replace the chain itself.

In all cases we do need the jewelry for this. If you have lost the jewelry, unfortunately we do not offer a warranty.

- You can wear our permanent jewelry day and night. Over time you will therefore see traces of wear and your jewelry may stretch somewhat. Colors can also fade or the jewelry can change color. Unfortunately, we cannot prevent this and we offer no guarantee for this either.

Take good care of your jewelry so that you can enjoy it for as long as possible.

- If you have to remove your jewelry due to a medical appointment, we will reinstall the jewelry. Please cut the jewelry open at the weld seam so that we can reattach it free of charge without damaging the jewelry.

If you prefer to wear the jewelry with a clasp after this, you can return your jewelry at your own expense. We will then place a closure in between for a small fee. Please contact us first.

- The correct size will be determined in consultation with you during your appointment. If the piece of jewelry is too small after the appointment, we do not offer a guarantee.
Is your jewelry too big? We can then work with you to see if we can reduce the size of the piece of jewelry. It is best to contact us for this.

WELDING WARRANTY

During your appointment we secure the jewelry by welding it closed using a special ring. This ring is seamlessly welded together at the end of the chain. We use a welding machine specially made for welding jewelry.

Afterwards we always check whether your jewelry is properly secured. If the weld seam of the ring breaks or if it needs to be replaced, we will solve this for you free of charge. We will then weld the piece of jewelry again for you.

GUARANTEE ON YOUR LOST JEWELERY

If your jewelry breaks within 15 days of purchase, we will replace your jewelry once free of charge.

However, if you have lost the jewelry, we do not offer a guarantee. We need the jewelry to determine what caused your jewelry to break.

If you have lost a charm, we do not offer a free replacement, even within 15 days of purchase. We would like to accommodate you by giving you a 50% discount on a replacement charm within 15 days.

Maeva Studio will do everything it can to ensure that you are satisfied with your jewelry. If you have any other questions or would like to make use of your warranty, please contact us as soon as possible. We will be happy to solve it together with you.
Always follow our care instructions and keep your jewelry clean.

We do not offer a warranty if the damage is caused by an accident, misuse or improper care.

Maeva Studio reserves the right to assess the validity of a warranty claim within the limits of this warranty. Maeva Studio reserves the right to reject warranty claims at its sole discretion.

You can wear your jewelry during your flight. The jewelry is so delicate and TSA approved that you don't need to cut it off before flying.

If you have a medical appointment where you have to undergo an MRI scan, for example, you will have to remove your jewelry. It is best to remove your jewelry by cutting through the weld seam so that we can reattach it at another time. You can also choose to have us add a lock to it. We do this for you for a small fee and you must return the jewelry to us at your own expense. Please contact us first.

If you cut the jewelry in a place other than the weld seam, we cannot always make the jewelry for you. Read more about this under the question 'Do I have a guarantee on my permanent jewelry?'.

Just like you, we want you to enjoy your jewelry for as long as possible. However, it is important that you take good care of your jewelry. With a mild soap and some water you can gently wipe or brush your jewelry clean. After this, rinse your jewelry and pat it dry.

Naturally, you wear permanent jewelry day and night. Your daily activities can therefore determine how often you need to clean the jewelry. For example, if you go swimming, in a hot tub or to the sea, we recommend cleaning the jewelry as soon as you get home.

It is also important not to apply your body lotion or perfume directly to the jewelry. If you do this, clean it thoroughly immediately.

Dull jewelry can be polished with a cleaning cloth, a special cleaning agent or a mild soap.

Are you not quite ready to wear your jewelry permanently? No problem! During all our events you can choose your jewelry and have it custom made. After measuring, we will place a lock between them instead of welding them shut. This way you too can enjoy a personalized piece of jewelry!

With us you can choose between 14k gold or white gold chains. This material will remain beautiful for a long time.

If you want to try it first or prefer a cheaper option, we also offer 14k gold-filled and sterling silver. These materials will also last a long time as long as you take good care of them.
